A $225 million, 1.7 million sf award-winning new town center that features pedestrian-friendly open-air town squares, fountains and a children's park.

Working together, Steiner + Associates and The Georgetown Company created a New Town Center that has become a regional attraction.

Since its grand opening in June of 1999, Easton has drawn more than 20 million annual visitors, won the ICSC Award for Innovative Design in 2000 and has produced sales volumes that are among the highest in its tenants' respective chains.

With Easton, Columbus has developed a sophisticated, pedestrian friendly town center that includes both national and local tenants, features open-air pedestrian streetscapes and provides a wide variety of specialty retail, restaurant and entertainment venues.

Steiner and Georgetown successfully introduced many new offerings to the central Ohio market including restaurants like Smith & Wollensky, Brio Tuscan Grille and The Cheesecake Factory as well as retailers such as Nordstrom, The Apple Store, Anthropologie, and The Container Store. These new-to-market offerings combined with strong local businesses create an energetic shopping and entertainment environment in a "Main Street" atmosphere.
