Steiner Project Spotlight | Legacy Village

November 27th, 2019

By Steiner + Associates

Situated on 67 acres in Lyndhurst, Ohio—within the affluent Cedar Road corridor—Legacy Village is Greater Cleveland’s premier dining, shopping and entertainment destination. Steiner + Associates has served as the exclusive retail leasing agent for the mixed-use property since 2014.

Serving Cleveland’s Affluent East Side

With almost 600,000 square feet of upscale retailers, a boutique hotel, fine restaurants and office space, the 67-acre Legacy Village has a regional draw of over 10 million annual visitors—with the average household income in the primary market of over $139,000.

Lyndhurst-based First Interstate Properties, Ltd named Steiner + Associates as the exclusive retail leasing agent for Legacy Village in 2014. Since then, Steiner has actively leased the project to some of the most in-demand retailers. Among Legacy Village’s tenants are the only L.L. Bean, Crate & Barrel and Restoration Hardware stores in the market, as well as the flagship Arhaus and Ethan Allen.

Restaurants featured in Legacy Village include The Capital Grille, The Cheesecake Factory, Brio Tuscan Grille, California Pizza Kitchen, Wild Mango, and Bar Louie—providing high-quality options for virtually any cuisine preference.

In addition to a fantastic mix of tenants, Legacy Village also hosts over 100 special events each year on The Lawn, located in the property’s center. These include fitness classes, farmers markets, live music and performances, family entertainment, holiday activities and more.

The Steiner Difference

Our work at Legacy Village is closely aligned with our work in Columbus with Easton Town Center and other regional mixed-use projects.

As a result of projects such as Legacy Village, Steiner is uniquely positioned to collaborate with retailers across all three major Ohio markets.
